EXCUSE ME L AM INVOLVED IN PLANNING GENDER POLICY OF MY CHURCH SO L NEED YOU HELP ON HOW TO PUT HOT ISSUES CONCERNING WOMEN WHICH CAN HELP TO SOLVE OR TO REDUCE ANY NATURE OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN.

The church should ensure that both men and WOmen have equal rights.What does this imply , it means that all human being are equal before the Lord, therefore all of them they have rights to prich, and to hold any position in the church regardless of their sex.
