Ntombi Setshwaelo is a gender activist, counsellor and co-founder of Emang Basadi. She was a spokeswoman for Emang Basadi and board member. She advocates for social justice and personal transformation, as means to productiveness and peaceful co-existence. She lectured and gave speeches and engaged in projects conducted by Emang Basadi. She has conducted workshops for people in relationships, both inside and outside of marriage, and self-development for personal growth workshops. These workshops give people the opportunity to learn and grow in an interactive setting.

For her great contribution to society, and the positive impact she has had on hundreds of lives in Botswana, Mma Setshwaelo was celebrated at ‘The Mosadi: Celebrating Batswana Women through Arts International Women’s day’ commemoration in 2009.
