Adv. Mabela Lehloenya is a human rights Lawyer based in Lesotho and is a conscientious, integrity-driven LLB 5yrs graduate and an LLM candidate with a plethora of skills. She possesses a valuable balance in project management and law. She has been admitted to practise law in the Courts of Lesotho and thus has 13 years of experience. Persuaded by the experience she gained when she joined the Civil Society of Lesotho 10 years ago, Adv. Lehloenya possesses amongst others project management expertise i.e. overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects form beginning to end. She has sat as a board member in various institutions; both at private and public sector

She is currently working as the Human Rights and Public Interest Litigation Officer at Transformation Resource Centre Lesotho. She has worked amongst others as the Programmes Manager at Federation for Women Lawyers.

Her career objective is to provide expertise and coordination support to ensure effective implementation and achievement of project milestones. Secondly, her objective includes focusing on achieving every human being’s development and empowerment with special focus on women and children.
