Senior Finance Officer Zimbabwe
Caroline Jeche is a qualified Chartered Accountant-CA(Z), a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences with UNISA, and a Bachelor an honours degree in Accounting with Africa University. Caroline is also a Registered Public Auditor, a qualification that she obtained after her completion of the articles of clerkship programme with Grant Thornton Zimbabwe and registration with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB) of Zimbabwe. She has over 12 years’ financial management experience, which cuts across the NGOs, in External Audit and in the Private Sector, making her a well-rounded financial management professional. She is delivery-focussed with a proven track record of good performance and successful projects. Caroline is also passionate about building resilient systems, internal controls and compliance. She engages and collaborate well with others and with different stakeholders to achieve set targets and goals. She is the current Senior Finance Officer for GenderLinks Zimbabwe.
