Lindiwe Khoza brings to Gender Links organisational programme experience from across government, NGO, United Nations and private sector institutions, with education background in BA Human and Social Studies, Certificate in Government Law and professional training in Gender Mainstreaming from the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Gender Academy in Italy.
She began her career as a training officer at Bigen Africa specialising in workplace skills plans (WSP), served as senior secretary at UN Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) as the executive associate at Independent Development Trust (IDT) South African Women in Dialogue (SAWID) to coordinate social and gender development programmes.
Khoza is an active member of the wider South African Civil Society Organisation (CSO) Networks on youth, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and gender advocacy.
