Mauwane Raophala is a diligent, insightful, young man. He recently completed a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies degree from the University of Limpopo. He joined Gender links as a media intern in March 2018. He is a hardworking and dedicated person. Raophala is an aspiring journalist, driven by passion and inspired by the multi-award winning investigative journalists Mzilikazi Wa Afrika and Piet Rampedi. Raophala believes if you work hard and believe in yourself, anything is possible. He desires to enroll for an Honours degree in investigative journalism in the near future, because he believes that education is another form of revolution.
