Mboy Maswabi holds a BSC Hon in Business information Technology from Gaborone Institute of Professional Studies in Botswana. He joined Gender Links in 2014 -2016, and worked as an intern for 2 years. He joined back in 2019 as intern. In 2022,  he was called to work as intern for WVL in South Africa from August to October. In 2023 he was promoted to Programme Officer for the Botswana office.
