Mukayi joined GL in December 2008. She serves at the GL Services and Training Manager. Makaya Magarangoma have over 10 years’ experience working in development and non-governmental sector. A strong feminist, passionate about social justice and women’s rights and empowerment, currently studying a second Honours in Gender Studies with the University of South Africa (UNISA). She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration Degree. Prior to joining Gender Links, Mukayi worked for the Southern African Research and Documentation Centre (SARDC) in Zimbabwe for over five years. Before that she also worked for Innsco Africa for over six years.
