Roselline Masunungure (Zimbabwe) joined Gender Links Zimbabwe as the Senior Enterprise Development Officer in March 2023. She is an enterprise development and Financial Inclusion expert with 28 years of experience in Programme design, training manual development, training facilitation, monitoring and evaluation of Enterprise Development, and financial inclusion programmes. For 22 years, she has provided expertise and service to International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) in Programme Management with progressive recommendations and upscaling of programmes. She has worked directly with entrepreneurs in micro, small, and medium enterprises providing sustainable business and market solutions. Over the years she has developed skills and provided Organisational Development Support in resource mobilization, governance, strategic planning, Lobbying, and Advocacy, policy development, and Human Resource Development planning. Her administration skills include budgeting, programme planning, management and reporting, procurement, team management, and supervision of staff. She looks forward to contributing to Gender Links work in developing individuals who are socially and economically empowered.
