Sandiswa Manana is an ambitious young man from Burford Village in Ladysmith, Northern KwaZulu Natal. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Management at the University of KwaZulu Natal. His interest in gender equality and women’s empowerment motivated him to register for BA Honours in Gender Studies which he recently completed. He joined Gender Links as an Alliance intern on April 2018. He seeks to gain work experience and new knowledge during his time at Gender Links.
