Tafadzwa is a dedicated global health professional with over a decade of experience in empowering women’s rights and enhancing health outcomes across Africa. With a BSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA coupled with specialized training from Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health, Tafadzwa has cultivated a deep commitment to gender equality. As a Program Coordinator at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, she led initiatives fostering strategic partnerships and developing gender-transformative policies. Her work aligns closely with GenderLinks’ mission to promote women’s empowerment and address gender-based violence, ensuring equitable access to resources for underserved communities.
