Zoto is the Finance and Administration officer at Madagascar Country Office. His field of expertise is Finance, Administration, Training, Monitoring and Evaluation. Zoto has been with GL since 2010, he joined GL as an intern and quickly learnt on the job, acquiring different skills. He facilitates during training of local government stakeholders and partners. He is responsible for Finance, Administration, Logistic, monitoring and evaluation, ensuring the capturing of all programme work for Madagascar country office. He is an avid photographer who has worn the Photography Staff Award. Prior to joining GL, Zoto worked as a national trainer with the environmental education with World life Fund. Zoto is a holder of Diploma in Economics with Toamasina University and is pursuing a BA in Economics.
