The Mozambique and Lusaphone Office was registered at the beginning of February 2011. The office is situated at Av. Ahmed Sekou TourÁƒ ©, Maputo. Newly appointed manager Alice Banze heads the office.
Mozambique has been engaged in almost all major GL research projects, and offers a good opportunity for GL to make an entry into the Portuguese community in the region. A field office in this country will serve to engage both Angola and Mozambique. The Mozambique manager is taking forward the Centres of Excellence project by working with local government councils in Mozambique.
