City of Gweru, the City of Progress, is situated at the heart of Zimbabwe with a road and rail network that links it with all other major towns in the country. Gweru City Council is a hub council under the hub and spoke programme for gender mainstreaming, mentoring Midlands province urban councils (Kwekwe City Council and Gokwe Town Council). The council is reviewing its policies to ensure that gender is mainstreamed in these. These include the housing, gender and sexual harassment policies. I have been trying to find Joyce Manacas maiden name Pillay. I have recently been told that Joyce died July 21st 2008 aged 74. I had planned to leave Joyce something in will.Can you please confirm to me that Joyce passed away in 2008. I would be extremely grateful. Fred Jukes
