My mother is my role model. First of all a young men born from a mother, raised by a mother, led by a mother, knowing and understanding the tender, love and care from mother, I cannot help to burn inside of me, screaming to the whole world out there how great a women can lead wherever she may find herself. A women can lead herself, she can lead her child, and she can lead her household, her family, her society and her nation simply because of her nurturing nature to take care of those around her.
Having said that, I will not pass this opportunity to highlight the peculiar importance of female leadership and that it is imperative to start with female leadership advocacy at a very young age. Therefore I have adopt Young Women Role Modelling in Leadership as one of my main leadership focus advocating equal representation and participation in decision-making in all areas, especially in preparation for forthcoming elections in the SADC region, this is indeed possible
