There is more consideration of gender issues as far as service delivery is concerned since the workshops on gender were held. • Women and children suffer when there is poor service delivery because they are vulnerable. • There has to be service delivery forums to deal with service delivery issues post 2015, whereby the stakeholders (government ministries and ngos, cbos) and others will mainstream gender issues and ensures equality in service delivery points. • The council is already collaborating with the HODS, chiefs, ngos, and it has representative at the district child protection team which is a very good body for dealing with GBV children abuse.
