Changing Lives through media

It is very important understand that men and women are equal and therefore my story is motivated by the increasing number gender based violence in Botswana. The victim in my story suffered both physical and emotional abuse. She whoever still endured the suffering because the husband was the bread winner and they all relied on him to put food on the table. This story is a good example of gender in media because it enlightens abusive men that being physically stronger than women, does not give them a platform to beat and abuse them. Itâ € ™s not about gender, in the end we are all human beings.
