Gender mainstreaming in Media COE

When it was established 20 years ago, the station was dominated by male folk. All its managers and heads of department were male. With time, the organisation has managed to achieved an almost equal spread between gender, with the institution being headed by a woman and another key department also being run by a woman (finance).
