What coalition has been built, what has this achieved and why it has been effective. there is good coalition that has been built with stakeholders that are promoting gender equality and women empowerment because of putting together resources which has helped the national and district officials to work together. for example stakeholders have the capacity in gender equality and women empowerment but could not go the field but with assistance of the organization Malawi human rights resource centre has been able to go the field to the campaigns , advocacy and training of various community committees. Such meeting were too assisting in the building capacity of the district and grassroots structures in matters of gender equality and women empowerment and mainstreaming of gender issues in the national, district and community structures. we achieved to have structures at the community level, build their capacity , awareness campaign and community able to speak their problems and requesting responsible sectors of government to correct situation on the ground. This has been effective because of working together and trust in one another.
