Khomotso Phoshoko

We were motivated by women who try their best to make it in the leadership and fight for equal rights on leadership and being part of the committees, organizations, institutions and public sector departments. Most of woman in rural areas are still afraid to take part in leadership or becoming ward councilors or SGB chairperson at their local schools. This has highly showed us that there are still male figures who don ’t like to give woman a chance or a platform to be the leading board members.
