We Are One is the programme integrating LGBTI sector in engagements with religious groups, community and related stakeholders to have this sector being embraced, participating in gender-based violence and HIV prevention and HIV education. It seeks to have the society understanding that irrespective of our gender orientation, we are all humans and such understanding must yield to tolerance, understanding, elimination of gender violence and harmony among all of us. This is done through engagement with community leaders and religious groups which are influential in shaping the society. Their influences once engaging thoroughly with LGBTI sector will result in the overall change of mindset, acceptance and elimination of gender-based violence.
