Wanawake na Uchumi documentary this is a documentary which based on empowering women financially and to strongly improved to women economy to create equality between men and women by providing 50/50 Between women and men and also the documentary shows how women can also struggle to hold Tanzanian economy from the low level to high level in the nation,
Also the documentary begins by selecting women as a hello because started by showing that even women can compete with men and they are not selective as the previous year ’s 1990,s now women are reorganized as a hard worker
Furthermore the documentary shows how the men are now are perceiving the women as also the hard worker and despite of having two group those who accept and those who do not but the larger percentage of men are now aware of allowing and accepting women as a stronger generation.
Wanawake na Uchumi documentary has done through the research done by different organization like Tanzania demographic and health survey of 2010 show that women are many but they are basically on Agriculture and pastorals while there now days a drastic change .Women are not based only on Agriculture but they are now depending on other business like conductor, Banking and Finance, Engineering, and other related business.
Wanawake na Uchumi documentary also it shows how women are participating and they work together especially on their successfully and their business,
Also the documentary it has find different expertise who was able to educate the societies about fatherhood and how to end this fatherhood to promote gender equality and equity.
Therefore Wanawake na Uchumi documentary it mainly need to empower and to promote gender equality 50/50 As the part of the 2014 gender protocol and due to the research which done by radio SAUT FM, it shows that from 2013 up to now women improved economically.
