This documentary is good example because is aim to encourage women to participate in media and use it for better development of women and fight all bad attitude about women in media. The journey to 2015 to the reach the slogan of “fifty fifty 2015 ” the slogan which equal participation for both women and men in various aspect of life is being giving power . So in consider ratio to that the documentary which I submitted is relevant and more use full because is looking how the women participate in the media and how the slogan of fifty fity 2015 is being consider in the media in Tanzania. Also though consider that media is major tool which unite people within a short period of time, and information passed by the media can change the ideology of the audience toward women. Another is that because the statistics show that in Africa continent only 25 countries they at least try to reach 30% of the Beijing convention agreement which agreed that the number of women to participate in the economic issues and social issues. Due to that documentary is produced to boost up the participation of women in the media as top manager, presenter, writers, and sources of information who contribute in news making and making analysis on a certain issue. Go back few year most of the media in Tanzania they give priority for women to be the credible sources of information so due to that lead gender in equality in the media houses. Due to that the documentary come to remind people that women have power and courage because now days women they having high educated compere to those days. Also the increment of media houses in Tanzania must go together with equal participation of both women and men .
