It is important to empower ordinary women to depend on themselves financially through projects. Nowadays, our government has frozen most of the jobs that people have been trained for; poor people are getting poorer each and every day. Most people are not even able to have a standard meal; however, there is need to strategize the way forward as individual. In my community we have non-employed people, I have taken it upon myself to assist and motivate them into embarking into income generating projects such as growing potatoes and mushroom. I
