Providing free legal advice to the survivors of GBV

I am a practicing paralegal advisor under Caritas- the organization formerly known as Catholic Commission Of Justice Development and Peace (CCJDP), under Catholic Diocese of Ndola based in Chingola District â € “ Chiwempala Inseni Drop In Centre and in-charge of Chililabombwe Sub office. I having been working as Paralegal from 2004 up to date on voluntary basis after trained a a paralegal officer at University of Zambia, I am a member of Paralegal Alliance Network – Zambia (PAN). The main aim of the program is to provide Free Legal Advice, Counselling, Mediate, Educate vulnerable women and children especially in Gender Bases violence Issues, also the referrals are made where necessary to our Networking partners. As Caritas which is an umbrella body under which a number of programs are managed and controlled, and Paralegal Support Program is one of them.
