This report is based on 2012/2013 activities. Society for Women and AIDS in Zambia (SWAAZ) â € “ Katete was initiated in 2003 and operates as an appendage or branch of the national SWAAZ chapter whose head office is in Lusaka. Women’s Rights and Gender Equality campaign was made necessary in order to create awareness in the communities on the rights of women and the evils of Gender Based Violence.
