Description: The article ” The wheel of failure” highlights the failure of service delivery in Malawi by the public officials and the promises that they make each year. The article is gender blind in that there is no consideration of women refugees and their welfare or protection in the environment.

The writer says that he or she cannot cease to be amazed about the power which the public officials they have in governing the people but the power seems meaningless but used as  a tool for their own political gain while people are suffering.
