GFMG: Wrap-up and Outcomes

Bangkok, 6 December: After three days of deliberations, the Global Forum on Media and Gender came to a close yesterday 4 December 2013. Over 200 delegates from over 80 countries gathered where speakers outlined the complex issues perpetuating gender ineqaulity in media. At the end of it all, delegates agreed that concerted international effort is needed to redress the imbalance.
