Harare, 28 July: The SADC Civil Society Forum kicked off in Harare yesterday with over one hundred members from various civil society organisations across southern Africa. The forum aims to strategise for the collaborative development of the region and organisations that will take their recommendations to the SADC Heads of State Summit in August. The SADC Gender Protocol Alliance was also there to ensure gender equality remains a priority for this developmental process.
