Chegutu under Leadership

Was an irresponsible husband and at times would not bother about gender dimensions. Was a typical African man would drink beer while the wife and children fetched water alone. But now we take turns. I have further advocated for the change of council meetings to be scheduled for 2pm than the recommended 5pm to allow women colleague councillors to do council business and also have time to atttend to their families.I have been transformed and now know that leadership is all about serving others not yourself.
