I quote mostly to women whom we work together with, “Kako nikali manja “ . This means what is really yours is what you have in your hands, or let me say brains , do not claim something which you don ’t have. Meaning is you get trained in any skill that ’s what is yours, even your husband ’s resources are not yours ,he can refuse that he does not have although he has the money. What is yours you can use it for your own or family, because you have the skills or knowledge with you that is what really counts. The women should take advantage to the knowledge given and use it to the full capacity. I also give Rwanda which has a lot of women leaders in positions of power who have changed the country in its development.
