Give a short history of the leader	Attending more in Gender links programs workshops, Mini, National and Regional summits and compete with different .Where I make up to winning awards in every summit I take part. This hade more confident . become public speaker.
Objectives	To live principle -centered life ,commited to personal improvement and devoted to my family and community. Self development .
Key activities	Represent my community in many ways where its needed, and volunteer also without receiving any salary . Held take shows with school learners and teachers about SRHR programs. Planning 16 Days of activism and coordinate on behalf of gender links.
Key challenges	Misconception of people under gender equality and lack of support. from people in higher positions ,financial challenges .Poor involvement of men in gender issues and most important cultural beliefs.,
Results
Change at the individual level	Gender links entrepreneurship training change my life to become a Business woman, made me public out speaking person, The trust community put in my life for electing me in higher position at political level and as community representative.
Evidence of change at the individual level	Nicodemus Motinga young men which was very irritated about 50/50 representation and gender equality which was not supportive but today he is a chairperson of Women& Men Organisation’
Change at the household level	That every body in our Family has freedom of speech, and my Grandfather understands and move away from cultural belief.
Evidence of change at the household level	Jonas Motinga my grandfather never wanted to listen about gender issues including men in our house but today they become supportive and take part in any community activities, always take part in 16 days march. changing their attitude against women and girls.
Change at institutional level	Women employed by village council in Sewerage and water service projects. more than 40 women applied for land and own houses through Shack dwellers federation housing program.

Capacity building	PYPA training in SA with Program for Young Politicians of Africa. SRHR training in Joburg Through Gender links. Women&Men organisation workshops.
Lessons learned and shared	A lot need to be done on grass root level to educate more people in rural areas. more awareness campaigns with school learners. and information sharing is very important .Networking with others. Train to be training other.
Next Steps	Look for funds and do fundraisings. train more women in Entrepreneurship. And ready to stand as a local authority councillor for next year election.
