I started leadership in my early ages. At school, I was chosen to be a class rep because I was a responsible student. After school I was chosen to be a group leader because of I was able to solve problems, I was a friendly person with love. I was selected to be a captain of senior netball group at high school where I was fit in a junior group. I grew up coaching senior even at home. I started to be a manager of Mmabana crèche for one year in 1999 .I started my own crèche, which I lead for 10 years. I then employed at Mathlaku crèche. I was the head coach of Moria sweeper’s netball; I also coach masters male team, I then selected as the best netball development coach in 2015 during the mayoral netball tournament. I was then selected as the convener coach in Mankweng cluster in 2016. I was selected to be the coach convenor in Capricorn district netball. I was selected as a convenor selection last year. I was selected to be the team manager of Limpopo netball during national championship netball tournament in 2017. In 2018, I was selected as an assistant coach during the under 19 national championship netball tournament. I was selected to be one of the officials during international Dymont challenge last year .I am now selected to be the head coach of under 19 national championship netball. I became a winner of economic justice category last year in Swaziland.



We develop children physically , emotionally , socially , mentally and spiritually , we care for children while their parents have gone to work to provide balanced healthy meals for the children to avoid malnutrition .NETBALL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT :To keep youth out of the street , to keep them away from drugs or any substance abuse .


We encourage women to attend different workshops to help them in different skills, which will help them to create, there to open business to care for old age group.

Key activities

As the manager of Mathlaku crèche, I am part of management centre. I manage the centre through day-to-day operation. I represent the centre during relevant meetings. I raise funds for the crèche and co-ordinate special events. I am in charge of all administration task, compile report to parents, departments and stakeholders. I ensure centre policies are adhered to; I supervise all professionals and support personnel. In charge of development, implementation and evaluation programs. Preparation of netball coaching session, which I am going to use during training. I exercise old age and prepare healthy meals for them. I workshop parents with daily routine of the centre.

Key challenges       

We never receive any funding from department of health.


Change at the individual level   

I change my attitude to respect any gender from different races, religion and acknowledge transgender.


Change at the household level

My children have started to love sports together with my relatives.

Change at a policy level  

Mathlaku manager to enter 2016 National Gender links award at Benoni. I became a winner in 2018 Gender Links Summit award in Swaziland. I managed to register local players during National Championship Netball Games. I attended Global Ecd e- Learning Workshop in Fottis hotel last year.

Capacity building

I attended level one coaching, level two coaching, Ecd certificates, computer literacy, nutrition certificates, wellness coach certificates, umpire certificate and Gender Links awards.
