Access to information: A guide for frontline staff

Section 32 of the Constitution allows for everyone to have access to information. Anyone can ask for information including non-nationals, pensioners and disabled people. Public bodies should make as much information available as possible and should meet requests unless there is a good reason not to. This provides a simple illustrated guide for frontline staff
