Approaches to women managers’ training

This publiciation deals with the salient features of women managers in third world countries, their entry into organisations and career paths. Some of the themes of women and men managers that have emerged from these training programmes are highlighted.

The approaches and perspectives of training are discussed to illustrate their learning value for women managers in third world countries. The module design and methodology entailing both conceptual and experiential approaches are presented as are the conclusion.
