Assessing the quality of democracy: An overview of the International IDEA Framework

This overview introduces International IDEA’s State of Democracy (SoD) assessment framework, developed for us by local actors in assessing the quality of their democracies and mounting reform agendas. Together with Assessing the Quality of Democracy: A practical guide, this overview forms a package of knowledge resources for the implementation of the SoD framework.
