Audit of Legislation that discriminates on the basis of Sex/Gender

The publications of this report by the Commission on Gender Equality and the Centre for Applied Legal Studies represents the first comprehensive attempt to identify inequality and discrimination in the law on the basis of sex and gender. It finds that legislative discrimination is both direct and indirect or systemic.
