Botswana Council of Non-Governmental Organisations: Strategic Plan 2005-2010

The BOCONGO Strategic Plan 2005/2010 is the road map of the operations of the Botswana Council of NGOs (BOCONGO) in the next 5 years. The Strategic Plan is a result of a consulatative process in which the opinions and views of members were canvassed. The process was followed by a number of workshops that helped crystalize the Strategic Plan. As a result, the Strategic Plan represents the views of the membership.
