Communication for Effective Development: Sourcing experts from the ICD framework agreement

Communication for effective development is taking an ever more prominent role in the work of DFID. This booklet explains how DFID programme managers can quickly access specialist communication expertise for the design, management and monitoring of communication in development programmes.
In collaboration with the Procurement Group, ICSD has pre-qualified a number of specialist communication organisations to be at programme managers’ service on communication work. The standard procedure for engaging consultants from the panel is detailed in Section 1.
