Appendices include the basic facts about HIV and AIDS together with a code of good practice for employment and HIV and AIDS and the AIDS Consortium’s AIDS Charter.
This report highlights the progress that Namibia has made on meeting the requirements of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) since the previous report in 2004. The situation of women in Namibia has been analysed and the report contains a detailed account of the progress made. It provides both qualitative and quantitative data and highlights achievements made and challenges faced.
