This report shows how government failure to provide adequate information or training about PEP leaves rape survivors and key service providers without basic information about PEP. This report looks at various factors which have troubled the implementation of PEP including: police interference with access to PEP, stigma and discrimination and government opposition to antiretroviral drugs.
