The Global Trends report is the largest study of its kind, looking at the attitudes and behaviours of consumers and citizens in 20 countries around the world. The complex and sometimes contradictory attitudes of connected citizens and consumers are put in an international context. The survey findings have been used alongside other sources in order to highlight ten key trends.
