Governance & Gender Accountability- curriculum for training local councilors 2012

The curriculum is designed for training workshops of local councilors. The overall objective of the project is to the enhancement of democratic governance and gender accountability at the local level. This training is critical because many local councilors get elected and do not get opportunities to receive training on different issues that would make them effective and efficient in the councils.
