HIV & AIDS AND STI: National Strategic Plan 2007 – 2011: Creating a social environment

This publication is one of four “advocacy tools” developed and produced by the ALN, providing information on the NSP identified interventions, programmes and targets, as well as thoughts/comments on the interpretion and implication for achieving the NSP goals – focussing on HIV treatment, care and support, Priority Area two of the NSP. The other 3 tools focus on different priorities of the NSP. This tool focues on “Creating a social environment” – Human rights and access to Justice (Key Priority 4)
