Improving financial oversight: a guide for parliamentary staff

The Guide provides a useful introdutcion for parliamentary taff on how to support financial oversight committees. The Guide arises from the partnership which has been forged between the memebrs of the Westminster Consortium for parliaments and Democracy here in the UK and collegues in Georgia, Lebanon, Morocco, Mozambique, is a partnership involving staff in our parliaments, supreme audits institutions, media organisations, universities and non-government organisations coming together to share knowledge and experiences on what works well in terms of financial scrutiny.
