Making Informed Choices: A Handbook for civic education

Civic education has become an important part of democratization. It improves people’s knowledge and civic skills which, if effectively utilized, enable them to participate responsibly in public affairs. Those carrying out civic education activities such as workshops, theatre, road shows and a group/ community discussions, have a challenge to ensure that the methods they use are effective and relevant to local situations.
