Mossel Bay Municipality’s mission is to deliver quality services responsive to the demands and challenges of the community and people we serve. The municipality has to ensure that its annual budget is guided directly by the priorities included in this IDP. Positive strides have been made to improve strategic planning and management to the benefit of the Mossel Bay community. It is trusted that the IDP and budget process have been an assertive effort in directing the municipality towards the development challenges and needs of our communities.
