PENHA looks to its future

The Pastoral and environmental network in the Horn of Africa has as its mission to reduce poverty among the pastoralists of the Horn of Africa through empowerment of communities. Regional consultations were held in Addis Ababa in 2011 to look to its future. This is a summary report of the workshop.
