Protocols and service standards for prevention and management of gender based violence

The development and implementation of the health care workers protocols and service standards falls within the Government of Botswana/UNPOP 2010-2014 whose overall goal is to strengthen country capacity to address health and HIV and AIDS challenges. This document provides guidance to other stakeholders on their role in the management of gender based violence. It is a guiding tool in continuing efforts to integrate prevent and manage gender based violence into sexual and reproductive health services.
