Report on household’s access to specific economic, social and cultural rights: The case of Mongu Urban

The main objective of this study was to generate baseline information for use in facilitating the promotion of human rights. The specific objectives included the following: to establish the level of awareness of ESCR in the urban parts of Mongu district;  to establish the level of access to social services like education and health; to determine the level of access to good quality employment; to establish people’s access to decent accommodation, water, electricity and adequate food and to generate baseline data on access to ESCR’s for advocacy.
